1. Plugin stopped working, or never worked

Plugin doesn't work

First of all, if you installed the plugin manually. make sure that it was installed correctly. This means:

• Make sure that the HyperIM directory was not moved to another partition or location; this will mean that the WMP bridge plugin will not be found, since its path is saved in the Windows Registry at install time. You will have to install it again so that the WMP bridge file is re-registered to its new file path.
• If the plugin is installed correctly then it MUST show up in the Windows Media Player plugin list, like below (otherwise it means its not installed ok):
  
• If the plugin shows up in the menu as in the image above make sure that it has the checkmark. Otherwise it means it was disabled (WMP sometimes disables all plugins on start). So, check it again and start playing a song. HyperIM will now interact with the bridge and all should work.
