This plugin changes the user status for the Google Talk instant messenger client. HyperIM is proud to be the quickest status changer that worked with Google Talk (HyperYM v1.22 with Google Talk support appeared on August 25 2005, less than 24 hours later since the first public released version of Google Talk!).

Supported Google Talk versions

This plugin was tested to work OK with:

• Google Talk 1.0.0.104 (latest version)
• Google Talk 1.0.0.100
• Google Talk 1.0.0.98
• Lots (probably all) of other older versions, starting with the first ever Google Talk BETA version

How to enable the status changing functionality

Solution: just make sure the plugin is enabled in HyperIM. After that just change your status, or press F5 if you want to make your current HyperIM status show up in Google Talk!

My Google Talk status does not change!

If that happens, make sure that the following "Show current music track" option in Google Talk is disabled. If it's not that, then try undocking the Google Talk window from the Google Desktop sidebar.
